Very soft hair.. I would suggest co-washing before installing the ends were a little dry and needed to be clipped. I ordered 16,18,20 & 14 Closure. A little smell to the hair like spices but nothing overwhelming.. Love the hair can't wait to color it. I would use this vendor again.
